DELIVERY

All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days once order is confirmed. 

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail,  Please allow 7 working days for your order to reach you, as we are located in the North of Scotland mail to other areas can take slightly longer by carrier pigeon. In the event of your order not arriving to you within 7 working days please notify us by email, [email protected].

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your items we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming the item(s) are returned within 14 days. Returned items will not be accepted if worn and tags have been removed.

Before returning please contact us via email, [email protected] , notifying us that you would like to make a return, we will get back to you within 24 hours with further instructions.

We suggest all returned items are sent via a signed for, trackable service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
